With over a decade of construction experience, Owen Brock founded BROCK Real Estate & Construction to bring a disciplined, hands-on approach to residential Construction. A graduate of Auburn University's Building Science program and a licensed Commercial General Contractor, he has helped deliver more than 1,500 apartment units across five ground-up developments throughout Atlanta.

After building his own home in Virginia-Highland, Owen developed a deeper appreciation for the impact that thoughtful design, quality materials, and careful execution have on everyday living. That experience shaped the philosophy behind BROCK and continues to guide every project today.

By combining development expertise with construction leadership, Owen oversees each project from concept to completion, creating homes defined by craftsmanship, functionality, and lasting value.
